• Room rates do not include sales tax - WV Sales tax rate is 6%.

• There is a $30 charge per extra person (more than two persons) in the Garret Suite.

• Gift certificates are available to be issued by monetary value or number of nights.  Please contact us for more information.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is 2 p.m.  Please notify us, if possible, as to your estimated arrival time.  If you will be arriving later than 9 p.m. please call so that we can guarantee your room.  Check-out time is by 11 a.m. date of departure.

BOOKING A ROOM/CANCELLATION POLICY

Please call or email us to inquire about making a reservation. To reserve a room, we require personal contact information and a credit card number. We do not charge any deposit to the card; it is for cancellation purposes only.  For cancellations, we require at least one week's notice prior to date of arrival in order to avoid incurring a charge ($50 charge for weeknight stays; $100 charge for weekend stays); for multiple rooms reserved, two weeks' notice is required.  Cancellations within 72 hours from check-in time of date of arrival will result in one night's charge.   For multiple room reservations, the cancellation policy applies to each room booked.  We accept all major credit cards, personal checks, travelers checks and cash for payment.   Cancellation policy applies to Gift Certificates as well.

SPECIAL OCCASION PACKAGES

Celebrating a special occasion, or just a romantic weekend away? Arrange to have chilled wine or champagne awaiting your arrival to the Jackson Rose.  Choose from red, white or sparkling wine; plus your choice of either occasion balloons or fresh flowers: $35 for wine and either flowers or balloons; upgrade to sparkling wine for an extra $5; for wine, flowers and balloons - $45; sustitute sparkling wine with flowers and balloons - $50.   Please allow us 3 days advance notice for special packages.
